The Hancock County Parkinson's Network is committed to supporting individuals and caregivers affected by Parkinson's disease in our community. We invite individuals, nonprofits, and agencies in Hancock County to apply for a grant to fund projects, programs, and initiatives that align with our mission of providing education, resources, and support.
This grant offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of those affected by Parkinson's. Please complete the following application to be considered for funding.

Grant requests of up to $5k will be considered
Deadline for submission is June 1st, 2025
Award decisions are at the discretion of the grant committee and will be made and communicated to grant seekers by July 31, 2025
If approved:
Recipients of grants will be required to use funds one year after receiving as well as report back to HCPN after expenditure and project implementation. Recipients of grants will receive notification from HCPN to complete the report and what should be included in the report.
The report should provide storytelling and details that indicate outcome and if objectives were met.
