The Hancock County Parkinson's Network is committed to supporting individuals and caregivers affected by Parkinson's disease in our community. We invite individuals, nonprofits, and agencies in Hancock County to apply for a grant to fund projects, programs, and initiatives that align with our mission of providing education, resources, and support.
This grant offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of those affected by Parkinson's. Please complete the following application to be considered for funding.
The grant offers funding of up to $6,000 for initiatives that aim to make a positive impact in the local Parkinson’s community with a total of $15,000 available for this grant period.
Deadline to apply is November 11, 2026
All applicants will receive communication by December 9, 2026
Grant recipients will be required to use the funds within one year and provide a report on the outcome of their project, detailing whether objectives were met.
If approved:
Recipients of grants will be required to use funds one year after receiving as well as report back to HCPN after expenditure and project implementation. Recipients of grants will receive notification from HCPN to complete the report and what should be included in the report.
The report should provide storytelling and details that indicate outcome and if objectives were met.
